How to shop?

Shopping at PHILIPPE AUDIBERT PARIS is easy:

  • If you know what you are looking for, use the MANCHETTES, BRACELETS, EARRINGS…. links. You can also use the research toolbar if you know the name or reference of the items you are looking for.

  • Once you have found an item, click on the 'ADD TO CART' button located underneath each item.

  • Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking on the 'CART' link at the top of the page. You can use the 'REMOVE ITEM' button to delete items from your shopping bag.

  • Click on 'BUY' to complete your order.

What materials are used on PHILIPPE AUDIBERT PARIS jewellery? And where are the product made?

All our products are designed by Philippe Audibert and made in his « atelier » in Paris. Everything is made in FRANCE. Each product is handcrafted on an elastic base as a “haut couture” piece.

 Product designation:

All product are 100% metal plated. Every piece is made of a tin base and it is plated with silver or gold.

Since 2001, PHILIPPE AUDIBERT has a SWAROVSKI license. The crystals used on PHILIPPE AUDIBERT items are certified by SWAROVSKI.

All our items come with a stamp PHILIPPE AUDIBERT PARIS. 

How do I clean my jewellery?

All PHILIPPE AUDIBERT PARIS jewellery is made of metal pieces finished with gold and silver plating. Each product is handcrafted on an elastic base as a “haut couture” piece.

In order to preserve its shine and luster, we suggest you avoid contact with water and perfume.

You can clean it with a soft cloth; gently rub it with a cloth to make it shine again.

Do not hesitate to wear your jewels to relax the elastic.

How do I know if an item is in stock?

All items are in stock unless "unavailable" is displayed. Please note that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order.

If the product you want to buy is out of stock, please email us at sav@philippeaudibert.com to find out if there is a waiting list for that item (you will have to be a registered user).

We will warn you when the item will be back in stock but we cannot gurantee you it will be available. 

What payment methods does PHILIPPE AUDIBERT PARIS accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express. You can also pay with your Paypal account.

Please note that we do not accept any other methods of payment apart from those listed above.

Which countries does PHILIPPE AUDIBERT ship to and how is delivery made?

PHILIPPE AUDIBERT PARIS ships all over the word.

Thanks to our couriers, Fedex for France and international deliveries, we insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address.

For Parisian deliveries we can offer you Parisian courier services. 

If you are absent during delivery, you will be systematically acknowledged of the package.

For national deliveries, you will receive a notice to pick-up the package at the nearest post office. There are more than 14 000 post offices all over France.

For international deliveries, you will receive a notice to contact Fedex customer service and arrange the next delivery according to your schedule.

We suggest you have packages delivered to a work address rather than a home address as deliveries are made during working hours. There is always going to be someone to receive it!

FREE SHIPPING!

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from one country to another; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

If several orders are done during the same week by the same customer, we could allow our own shipping service to put all the orders into the same parcel.
If you wish a unique order by shipment and by parcel, please contact our SAV and extra fees might be requested to cover the shipping fees. 

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?

We are unfortunately unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.

You have one day to cancel the order. Please contact us at sav@philippeaudibert.com to cancel your order.

Can I add items to an existing order?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order. If you would like all your items to be delivered together, you will need to cancel your order(s) and place a new order which will contains all the items you require.

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email of your shipping details and a tracking number.

How do I return or exchange an item? We accept any returns or exchange within 7 days of receipt.

In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition. All goods will be inspected on return. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our Warehouse.

For international returns, click here to download a return form. Print and sign your returns form. The form is necessary for customs, without it we will not accepted. INTERNATIONAL RETURN FORM (under 7 days). 

We recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning.

What can I do if something is wrong with my order?

If you receive the wrong item or something is missing from your order then send us an email at sav@philippeaudibert.com and we will sort it out for you within the hour, with the right item or a replacement item being sent out that day.
